Request deletion by email
Email support@getskimap.com with the subject “Delete my SkiMap account”. You can make this request without reinstalling or opening the app.
Where possible, send the request from the email address linked to your SkiMap account. Include your SkiMap nickname and tell us that you want your account and associated personal information deleted. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, include the relay address associated with SkiMap if you know it. We may ask for proportionate information to verify ownership.
Do not send your password, payment card details, identity documents or location history in your first message. Opening the email link does not submit the request; send the message from your email application.
You can also start in the app
In SkiMap, open Settings, choose “Delete account”, and follow the confirmation steps. If the option fails or you cannot access your account, use the email route above.
Uninstalling SkiMap, signing out or revoking Google or Apple sign-in access does not by itself delete information already saved in cloud systems.
What your request covers
An account-deletion request covers your SkiMap account and associated personal information, including profile details, saved activities, photos, social and group records, and linked analytics or attribution records where they can be identified. You can also ask about a specific item of information without deleting the whole account.
Some transaction, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute records may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it. We will explain any applicable exception and the relevant retention period or criteria when responding. Information that other people copied or shared outside SkiMap may remain with them.
Manage an active subscription separately
If you have a paid SkiMap subscription, manage or cancel it in the store where you bought it to stop future renewals. Deleting your SkiMap account is separate from canceling a store subscription and does not automatically request a refund.
You can send a deletion request whether or not you have an active subscription. Let us know if you need help understanding what deletion means for your account or paid access.
What happens next
Stolen Orbit LLC reviews the request, verifies account ownership where needed, and explains the action taken or any lawful reason for retaining specific information. This page does not perform automatic deletion or confirm that a request has been received.
Where the GDPR applies, we respond without undue delay and within one month. If an extension is allowed for a complex request, we will tell you within that first month and explain why. The Privacy Notice describes your rights and complaint options.
